“This extraordinary gift from alumnus and Board member John Skowronski solidifies how much he truly believes that Bloomfield College alumni and current students can enhance each other’s experiences,” said Vice President for Institutional Advancement, Jackie Bartley.
The two night event will feature over 20 multi-award winning, musical talents who were either born, reside, or have strong ties to New Jersey.
The attire, which is made from 100% post-consumer plastic bottles, is softer to the touch than traditional polyester, and is extremely wrinkle resistant and lightweight.

The show will run two nights at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 16 and Friday, February 17, at the Westminster Arts Center.
Students who complete the Registered Nursing Diploma Program at Holy Name Medical Center have a unique opportunity to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from Bloomfield College.
Bloomfield College’s own Pamela Hughes has been announced as one of the main performers of the evening.
Current TRIO SSS (Student Support Services) Scholar, Cristy Huiracocha ’17 recently began an exclusive internship with the Bloomfield Police Department.
Prior to Montclair TV34, Gearhart ’10 worked at Princeton Community Television and WBMA-TV, Bloomfield’s government access station.
The College is ranked #1 in New Jersey and #20 nationally in Overall Mobility Index, a statistical analysis that identifies the likelihood colleges and universities help students move up two or more income quintiles.
“Congratulations to all the well deserving Bloomfield College nursing graduates who helped make our program what it is today, a recognized force in this state,” said Dr. Serra.
23 Park Place marks the 14th on-campus residence for the College, as it joins the ranks of Franklin Street Residence Hall, 23 Austin Place, and 225 Liberty Street, to name the latest additions.
These scholarships seek to support inclusion of more women in the interactive entertainment industry. Winners were evaluated by the AIAS Foundation Scholarship Committee based on GPA, financial need, letters of recommendation, and willingness to create change for the games industry.
Performances will run Friday, January 27 at 8:00 p.m., Saturday, January 28 at 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, January 29 at 2:00 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for students.
A single Summit Award is presented annually. Lillian Odulwole ’07 was selected out of a pool of 3,000 doctors and nurses.
Alex balances her academics, volleyball, her part-time jobs as a tutor and youth volleyball coach, and her responsibilities as a student employee seamlessly.
Performers included NiCori co-founder and multi-award nominee, Corinna Sowers Adler, two time Tony Award nominee, Beth Fowler, Broadway Actor, DC Anderson, Broadway Actress, Kelli Rabke, MAC Award singer, Stearns Matthews and Grammy Nominated Singer/Songwriter, Ilene Angel.
The College hosted its annual Women’s Leadership Forum on December 1. The forum continued the tradition of excellence, by featuring speakers of distinction in their fields, including two Bloomfield College alumnae.
This past month, Amira Onibudo ’13 hosted the Television & Digital Media Panel Discussion & Networking Event for current Bloomfield College students.
Sponsored by the Korean government, the College partnered with the Daejeon Educational Training Institute and Bloomfield Public Schools, in order to make this four-week, project-based program possible.
