At Bloomfield College, we see wellness as a physical, spiritual and emotional wholeness. The Wellness Center encourages the pursuit of healthier lifestyles, balancing study, family and life commitments.

The Wellness Center at Bloomfield College is comprised of 3 offices: Health Services; Spiritual Life; and Personal Counseling. The Wellness Team provides you with services and information that will empower you to make informed decisions about your health and well-being.

Wellness is not simply the absence of illness. The Wellness Team’s holistic approach to wellness means that we see mind, body, and spiritual health as being interconnected. Just as physical illness can leave you feeling emotionally and spiritually drained, improving your health can result in increased energy, motivation, and productivity. Taking care of your mind, body and spirit enables you to be a better student, to meet more of your objectives, and to have a healthier and more balanced life.
