Best of the BEST feted at a breakfast

According to a 21012 survey conducted by the National Association of Colleges and Employers, employers indicated the top ten characteristics sought in candidates today. Our student-employees and interns develop these skills and use them accordingly in their positions both on and off campus.
1. Verbal communication,
2. Teamwork,
3. Decision making and problem solving,
4. Information processing,
5. Planning, organizing and prioritizing work,
6. Analyze quantitative data
7. Using technical knowledge,
8. New skill development,
9. Creating and/or editing reports, and
10. Influencing others.

Students are selected for awards based on ratings in these characteristics and the recommendation of their supervisors. A special thank you to each and every one of these students and supervisors for the contributions they make to Bloomfield College every day.
