Bloomfield College Students Can Now Register for Online Humanities Courses at Various Colleges

It is already time for Bloomfield College students to register for the Spring 2018 Semester. Registration officially opened yesterday. During this upcoming spring semester, Bloomfield College students will have the unique opportunity to take online courses in the Humanities at various independent colleges across the nation.

This is thanks to Bloomfield College being a part of a Consortium of Independent Colleges (CIC), which is dedicated to improving the effectiveness of online humanities teaching and learning.

The CIC states that, “21 institutions were selected for participation in the second Consortium for Online Humanities Instruction.” This program provides opportunities for “CIC member institutions to build their capacity for online humanities instruction and share their successes with other liberal arts colleges.”

Students at Bloomfield College now have a wide variety of courses to pick from in the Spring of 2018.  All courses are offered for academic credit and at no additional cost to Bloomfield students.
