Bloomfield College’s 150th Commencement Just Days Away

Bloomfield College will celebrate its milestone 150th Commencement Ceremony this Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 12:30 p.m. on the College Quadrangle (rain or shine). This is a ticketed event.

The 150th Commencement will include viewing of a commemorative 150th commencement video and remarks from honorary degree recipients CBS News Chief Investigative and Senior National Correspondent James D. Axelrod, Assemblywoman Mila M. Jasey, and Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill.

Also sharing remarks will be Chair of the Board of Trustees Vernon M. Endo, President Marcheta P. Evans, Montclair State University President Jonathan GS Koppell, President of the Alumni Association Maurice A. Lyle ’09, and Valedictorian Aliyah L. Rivera ’23, will also share remarks.

Bloomfield College looks forward to this landmark event for the College and its newest soon-to-be graduates. Many of the College’s devoted supporters, as well as the Class of 2023’s family and friends, will watch with pride as the College honors 275 graduates with their bachelor’s or master’s degrees.
