Who we are?
The Bloomfield College Information Technology Help Desk is the initial point of contact for the BC Community for technology related questions and issues.
What we do?
We provide technical support and resolve problems for on-campus computer systems including, but not limited to, the operating system, software applications, network account issues, email-access, wireless, internet and network connection, as well as other on-campus technology related issues.
We are located in 185 Liberty Steet. (1st Floor - Room #1) (Across the street from the Library.)
The ID Center is located inside the Help Desk. (1st Floor - Room #2)
