Spring 2014 Dean's List Announced

 

Bloomfield College Vice President for Academic Affairs Marion Terenzio announced today the recipients of Dean's List honors for the Spring 2014 semester, with 341 students earning the distinguished accolade.

Students who are awarded "Honors" certificates have achieved a quality point average of 3.5 or higher; those receiving "High Honors" certificates have achieved a quality point average of 3.8 or higher. For the term, 212 students earned Honors, while 129 students earned High Honors.

The Dean's List is published at the end of each semester and is based on academic performance as measured by grades achieved during that semester. Notation of inclusion on the Dean's List is made in the student's permanent record, and is included on all transcripts of the student's grades.

Full-time students are eligible for inclusion on the Dean's List every semester. Part-time students are eligible after two consecutive semesters during which they complete at least four course units.
