How to Apply for Financial Aid

First-time Financial Aid Application Process

  1. Complete the Bloomfield College Admissions Application.
  2. Apply for a Federal Student Aid ID for student and parent/guardian. The FSA ID is your e-signature to your federal application.
  3. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, use Bloomfield College School Code 002597.
  4. New Jersey Residents must create a NJ Financial Aid Management System (NJFAMS) account so they can check the status of their Tuition Aid Grant (TAG), and provide verification documents.
  5. Apply for private scholarships through your high school, civic, and religious organizations.
  6. A financial aid award letter will be mailed as early as February for those who have been accepted to Bloomfield and filed the 2023 -2024 FAFSA
