Live Theater in the Time of Covid

Hi Folks,
Did you know that Shakespeare's theater closed down during the plague? Poor dude! He didn't have the internet.
But we do!

Want to stream some theater? See what theater companies are doing during our version of Shakespearean times? Here are some free shows and other stuff from some of NYC's best theaters:

The Public Theater: https:// publictheater.org/

Virtual workshops from The New York Theater Workshophttps://www.nytw. org/nytw-virtual-programming/

The Red Bull Theaterhttps://www. redbulltheater.com/live

The Signature Theater: https://www. signaturetheatre.org/Watch- and-Listen.aspx

The Irish Rephttps://irishrep.org/ theshowmustgoonline/

Patrick Stewart: Reading a sonnet a day on his Twitter feed

And for the best news of all

The National Theater in London is offering EVERY THURSDAY free screenings of sold out West End and Broadway shows. The THING IS...they are being screened at 7pm BRITISH time. Which means we have to tune in on Thursday afternoons at 2 pm. The first show they are screening next week is One Man Two Guvners! Which is utterly brilliantly hilarious and stars James Corden of late night telly!
