The New Jersey College Immunization Law requires all new students to provide valid proof of immunization against Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Hepatitis B, and Meningococcal Disease. Compliance with these regulations is monitored by Bloomfield College of Montclair State University. These required vaccines are commonly given in childhood, check with your medical provider or your high school for proof of vaccination.
Please note that students age 31 or older at time of matriculation are exempt from these requirements.
All immunization documentation should be submitted using MyHealthPortal. You will have access to this portal after you have claimed your NetID and replaced your one-time use password with a new personal password.
