SOCIAL AND BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES

The Social and Behavioral Sciences Division educates students to apply theory and research to everyday life in order to see the world in a broader perspective.

The Division’s goal is to prepare students for graduate school and careers. We accomplish this by emphasizing the development of skills including critical thinking and analysis, effective communication, and sensitivity to other individuals and cultures.
