Academic Assessment at Bloomfield College
The administration and the faculty of Bloomfield College are committed to building exemplary undergraduate and graduate programs, based on effective academic program assessment. Therefore, each undergraduate and graduate program is centered around a defined program mission, consistent with the mission of the College, defined program goals and measurable student learning outcomes (SLOs). The focus is on its graduates’ future success through enriching professional programs or as significant contributors to future employers. Individual attention to students is reflected through small class size, mentoring of new students and flexible course delivery models. With data collected and efficient faculty analysis, decisions are made to improve teaching and student learning.
