New Era for College Community

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

BLOOMFIELD COLLEGE IS EXPANDING!  Construction is underway on a new 80,434 square foot, four story residence hall at the corner of Broad and Franklin Streets in Bloomfield Township.  The expansion project will create sustainable space with dormitories and classrooms plus approximately 7,600 square feet of office/commercial/retail options at street level.  Projected opening for the new building is September 2014 with the expectation of LEED silver certification. Bookseller Barnes and Noble will reside in over 5,000 square feet of the Franklin Street building with a new bookstore, cafe and convenience shop that will be open to the public and the campus community.
