COACH Program- First Year and Transfer
The First Year Coaching Program [FYCP] is a component of the True Residential Undergraduate Education [TRUE] program designed to support first year [freshmen and transfer] residential students in their journey and discovery within their college career. The focal point of the program is to encourage and assist students in making healthy decisions as well as enstill educational, professional, and social growth. The personal coaching experience motivates students towards their educational /life goals by providing structure, feedback, and enciting new ways of thinking. Personal coaching is an ongoing partnership between a coach [their Resident/ Area Director] and a student for the purpose of fostering success skills on/off the college campus.
