This lecture/lab series emphasizes the use of evidenced-based orthopedic and neurological evaluation procedures with an active learning methodology. The introduction of an organized clinical thought process prepares clinicians to perform appropriate evaluation procedures of patients with neuromusculoskeletal conditions. The utilization of the SOAP process enables the
clinicians to expedite their examination processes, record subjective and objective findings, develop an accurate diagnosis, and generate comprehensive record keeping.
