Overview

As a psychology major, you will learn about human behavior and how the human mind functions. You will learn to apply your understanding of human behavior, thinking and emotions in everyday situations both in and out of the workplace.

CONCENTRATIONS:

General Psychology


What you’ll study: Developmental psychology, methodology, theories of personality, psychology of motivation.

What you can do: Become a child psychologist, forensic psychologist, social worker, human resources specialist or an organizational design manager.

Human Services Studies


What you’ll study: Nonprofit management, psychology, sociology, methodology.

What you can do: Become a community service manager, drug and alcohol counselor or a community outreach coordinator.
