IT

The Information Technology Services Department would like to remind the College community to be considerate of email size limits when sending email announcements to the community. Often when large emails or attachments are sent out to the faculty and staff, it causes mailboxes to close. Any of the following will remedy the situation:

  • If you must send to the fac/staff distribution list, eliminate pictures, graphics, and animations.

  • Post information to the staff and faculty folder.
Click here on instructions how to use Public Folders.

  • Post information on the BC webpage and provide a link in the email to the information. Please contact the webmaster to discuss posting to the webpage.

  • Take advantage of the announcement posting capabilities of the new website. Please contact webmaster for assistance with this.
